Savannah believes in using a person-centered approach that heavily focuses on one’s core values. Her frequently used modalities include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and rational emotive behavioral therapy. Her positive, patient, and empathic character help aid in creating a safe space in letting one start the healing process. She is available to provide therapy for clients ages 13 and older for individual therapy, and Savannah is looking forward to leading a postpartum group in the near future.

$100-$125/ session, $55/ group therapy session

Savannah is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation in the state of Tennessee.  She graduated from The University of Memphis with her undergraduate degree in psychology and her master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling.

Savannah began working in the mental health field in 2008 and has a variety of experience in both inpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, and acute care settings.  She has worked with clients ranging from ages thirteen to late adulthood. She has a great deal of experience working with patients with dual diagnosis, and a wealth of knowledge on topics such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, co-dependence, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and anger management.
