Jessica received her masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and is fully licensed as an LPC in the state of Tennessee with a mental health specialty. She has worked in the mental health field for 10 years in private practice, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient acute settings working with a broad range of clients from children, adolescents, young adults and families.  

 Jessica has a passion for helping her clients find their way forward through emotional issues, family conflict, and whatever chaos and joy life can bring. She enjoys using mindfulness strategies to help with emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships to encourage more positive communication and better ways of coping with overwhelming feelings.  She ensures to utilize various therapeutic modalities to best fit the client’s needs such as: dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

 It is a privilege to journey alongside people as they know their own worth and find peace with themselves and the world around them.  Life is complicated, but no matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone.
