Ruth Franklin

Front Desk Support

Ruth is currently a student at the University of Memphis, pursuing her bachelor's degree in social work.  She truly has a service-minded and compassionate heart.  She is trained as a Peer Recovery Specialist, is currently the Vice President of the Coalition of Black Social Workers (University of Memphis Chapter), and a recent volunteer for the Memphis Area Prevention Coalition, administering Narcan kits, clothing, and education to those in need.  Additionally, she has many years of experience with office services operations, marketing, and personnel training.

Ruth is the friendly face at our front desk, greeting and welcoming all who enter our offices, answering all calls and emails, and coordinating office needs.  She is very essential to how we run, and we are so happy to have her on board.
