Lauren is a licensed master social worker in Tennessee, and additionally licensed in Arkansas and Mississippi. 

Lauren takes a person centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual. Lauren utilizes family systems, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in collaboration with other approaches. Lauren has experience working with anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, ADHD, and stage of life issues like parenting. Creativity and compassion are important elements of the process in Lauren’s work. She enjoys meeting clients where they are to help them better understand their story as well as feel empowered to author their next chapters.
