Novia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Tennessee. Novia achieved her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Auburn University of Montgomery. She also obtained a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama. Novia is an Alabama native who moved to Memphis to start her professional career.

Novia has experience working with adults ranging from 18+ through end of life. She enjoys helping clients process through depression, anxiety, stress management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem issues, caregiver roles, anger management, familial issues, women issues, and life transitions. Novia offers an eclectic approach to therapy as she understands that everyone needs something different and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. She has experience in CBT, DBT, ACT, Problem Solving, and Solutions-Based Focused treatment modalities. Novia also offers faith-based counseling to those interested.
